A 29-year-old mom to be named Yiota had to defend her lack of a baby bump to her more than 200,000 Instagram followers recently after receiving a lot of concerned messages. Her reasoning that eventually went viral? She says her uterus was backwards, or more specifically, she had a retroverted, or tilted uterus, she said was due to an endometriosis diagnosis.
