A set of Florida parents have been blessed three times over, as they’ve welcomed all three daughters on the very same day, exactly three years apart. The ᴏᴅᴅs ᴏғ sᴜᴄʜ ᴀ ʀᴀʀᴇ ᴏᴄᴄᴜʀʀᴇɴᴄᴇ ᴀʀᴇ ʜᴀʀᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴄᴀʟᴄᴜʟᴀᴛᴇ. 1-ɪɴ-48 ᴍɪʟʟɪᴏɴ ᴏᴅᴅs ᴀɢᴀɪɴsᴛ sᴜᴄʜ ᴀ ᴄᴏɪɴᴄɪᴅᴇɴᴄᴇ, ʜᴏsᴘɪᴛᴀʟ says.
When Fʟᴏʀɪᴅᴀ ɴᴀᴛɪᴠᴇKristin Lammert was ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ with her second daughter, Giuliana, her due date was so close to her first daughter Sophia’s birthday that Kristin felt confident Giuliana would be born on the same day: Aug. 25. No one believed her, but she wound up being right. Three years later, her third daughter, Mia, also was born on Aug. 25, making the day three times as special for the family. She said :”We were just in disbelief. The closer we got to Aug. 25 and the more that we joked about it at home, the more I wanted it to happen. Actually, Sophia said that she was going to get a sister again for her sixth birthday. She was wanting that to happen and I thought, ‘Well, it could.’ Divine intervention, fate, loved ones up above.”
During Sophia’s third birthday party, Kristin ʙʟᴏᴏᴅ ᴘʀᴇssᴜʀᴇ was ᴅᴀɴɢᴇʀᴏᴜsʟʏ ʜɪɢʜ and she was ɪɴᴅᴜᴄᴇᴅ, but Giuliana was close to missing her intended birth date. Kristin said :” She almost didn’t share the same birthday. When that happened alone that was pretty crazy and exciting. She thinks that it’s very special. She just loves that she’s sharing her birthday with her sister because she’s now had three birthday parties that have been joint birthday parties. I get them separate cakes so they each have candles to blow out . We try to separate it but make it a joint party at the same time. That way they both feel like special birthday girls.”
Similar to Sophia’s third birthday party when Giuliana surprisingly came into the world, the same thing happened this year. Before the birthday party, Kristin noticed that her ᴀɴᴋʟᴇs ᴡᴇʀᴇ sᴡᴏʟʟᴇɴ and she had ᴀ ᴛᴇʀʀɪʙʟᴇ ʜᴇᴀᴅᴀᴄʜᴇ. She had been ᴍᴏɴɪᴛᴏʀᴇᴅ by her ᴅᴏᴄᴛᴏʀs because she had ᴛᴇsᴛᴇᴅ ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴠᴇ for Ⓒⓞⓥⓘⓓ-①⑨ when she was ten weeks ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ and ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ people who got sɪᴄᴋ ᴡᴇʀᴇ ᴀᴛ ʜɪɢʜᴇʀ ʀɪsᴋ ᴏғ ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴs. She said :”My ᴅᴏᴄᴛᴏʀ said up to two weeks early. That’s when I looked at the calendar and I remember turning to my husband and saying, ‘Oh my gosh, Nick, two weeks before the due date is Aug. 25,. He’s like, ‘No way.’ That was the moment I was like, ‘She’s totally going to be born on the 25th.’”
On August 25, 2021, Kristin visited the ᴅᴏᴄᴛᴏʀ and was told she had ᴘʀᴇᴇᴄʟᴀᴍᴘsɪᴀ. She was, indeed, ɪɴᴅᴜᴄᴇᴅ at the time and Mia was born the same day as her two older sisters. Kristin said :”Mia’s just enamored by Sophia and Giuliana’s voices and she smiles at them. It’s really precious to see the three of them interacting together. It’s very unique. Honestly, I don’t understand it myself. Sometimes I go and stare at their birth certificates. I’m like, ‘They actually all have the same birthday.’ Sophia and Giuliana were so excited to go to school and tell their teachers and friends. The girls absolutely love sharing birthdays.”
It’s not just a birth date that the youngsters share, either — Kristin says her girls have also developed an ᴜɴʙʀᴇᴀᴋᴀʙʟᴇ ʙᴏɴᴅ. She said :”They are incredibly close to each other. They have a special relationship and friendship, and it’s really sweet to see. Sophia has always been so kind and nurturing. She’s the ‘mother’ of the group. Giuliana has always been the ɢᴏᴏғʙᴀʟʟ, but she’s so gentle and nurturing towards ‘her baby’ . They fight over who gets to hold her more. They love to snuggle, and I love matching them all the time. Sophia and Giuliana have such a tight bond, that I joke — and hope — that they will allow Mia into their ‘squad’. So far, it looks like they will. I’m so excited for the future birthday extravaganzas, to create lasting family memories and all the future family vacations. We look forward to people’s reactions when we tell them our fun family fact. Our family dog, Koda Bear, also has an August 25th birthday and turned 16 this year. It’s so funny to see people’s reactions. It’s still as unbelievable to me as it is to them!”
