Pregnant Belly Pumping: The Bloom Method?

What the heck is happening here? No, it's not Photoshop or a time-lapse these expectant moms are actually using their abdominal muscles to move their baby bumps.

The "Belly Pump" is a part of the Bloom Method, a fitness program  created for women who plan to become mothers or are currently pregnant.

The inventor of the method says practicing this move can give women easier labors and improve recovery time not so fast, says the medical community.

Doctors say there's no clinical proof these belly bump moves make labor or recovery easier. But they say it certainly won't hurt the mama or the baby. And exercising while pregnant — however you chose to do it — is a good thing!
