Mum's Shock As Baby Daughter Is Born With A Tooth - And It's Now 'Massive'
When Bethany Green welcomed her baby daughter into the world, she was over the moon and completely in love.
But midwives quickly noticed something a bit unusual about the newborn - she had a tooth growing from her bottom gum.
Little Avery, who is now four weeks old, has a fully grown milk tooth and already has her fist trip to the dentist in the diary.
Most babies get their first tooth between four and seven months of age, however, a small number are born with one or more which are called 'natal teeth'.
Bethany, 18, didn't realise she was pregnant until she was six or seven months, so the last few months have been a whirlwind.
She said: "She was born with [the tooth] coming out a little bit, and now she's four weeks it's properly out. It's massive.
"A midwife when she came out said she looks like she's got a tooth'.
