A NINE-week-old boy could be Britain's "hairiest baby" after growing luscious locks to rival his mum's in just over two months.
Renzo Henderson's mass of jet black hair was the first thing doctors commented on during his birth, with one "shocked" obstetrician telling his mother "wow, he has a lot of hair" before they could even see his head.
Renzo's mother Shannon Kaitell, 24, has joked that her younger son's impressive mane is already "bigger than he is" at only nine weeks.
Not to mention the fact that baby Renzo's mop is longer than her own hair without her signature extensions. Talk about hair envy.
Unsurprisingly, the little lad has proved popular around his local area of Gravesend in Kent where people are "constantly" complimenting him.
Shannon added: "Four days after I had him I went out and there's constantly people stopping and asking to touch his hair."
And it's not just the length of Renzo's hair that has been attracting admirers, Shannon also likened the texture to a "long haired cat once they've been brushed."
"It's so, so soft. I've never felt hair like it."
Considering its sheer size and volume, Shannon also has "to wash [her baby's] hair daily" to keep it looking soft and clean.
But despite her best efforts to control the wild mane, Renzo's locks still "does what it wants."
And although it would be easier to give Renzo's hair a little trim now and then, Shannon and her fiancé Chris, 33, "don't plan to cut it."
Revealing that she enjoys her son having such "long hair", Shannon says she "will definitely save it as long as possible".
Even though the couple's four-year-old son Rome was also born with hair, Shannon hadn't "actually ever known a baby to have hair like it" and recalls how there were "quite a few shocked faces" in the delivery room when Renzo was born.
What's more, the mum-of-two also doesn't know where the baby gets it from as her half-African ethnicity means her own "hair doesn't grow that well."
Lovingly referring to her infant as her "big ball of fluff", Shannon added: "I never expected for my newborn to have that much hair."
It's totally justified to be jealous of Renzo's luscious locks, right?
