Meditative Prenatal Yoga

Meditation is an integral part of yoga. The aim is to achieve a perfect balance between body and mind. Focusing on your body can help you to heighten awareness of the many changes that are happening inside you. Meditation can also help you to improve your mental focus. Both of these skills will prove invaluable when you go into labour.

This is a brief, relaxing prenatal yoga routine to calm your nerves. This routine is safe to practice at any trimester. Please be sure not to push yourself during this or any other physical activity and make sure you're good to go with practicing yoga from your doctor/midwife.
