How to Breastfeed Your Baby?
• Find a comfortable, calm place
• Make sure you support...your baby's head and body in one line.
• Bring your baby towards your breast, it's belly against your belly.
• Touch the lower lip with your nipple, and the mouth will open.
• Your baby will take the nipple and areola into its mouth.
• The baby's lower lip is turned outward, its chin and nose are touching the breast.
• The baby is relaxed, happy and suckling until it is finished.
• The baby should finish feeding from one breast, before being fed from the other breast.
• Wind your baby at the end of the feed.
