A heart surgeon saved a baby's life using Google Cardboard
Heart surgeon Redmond Burke was able to operate on a baby's heart using Google Cardboard.
When he first saw the baby's X-Ray, he thought surgery might be impossible. Her heart was in the wrong place in her chest. But with an imaging method that allowed him to see the heart's location within her chest using Google Cardboard, Burke was confident he could pull off the operation.
