All Levels Prenatal Yoga for Strength and Balance

This class is meant to be accessible to both the beginning and the experienced yoga practitioner in any trimester of pregnancy. The class emphasizes strength and balance, so it may be a practice better suited to a high-energy day.

We begin with a warm up, move to into a long standing sequence and then make our way to the floor for a hip opener and a breathing exercise.
