All Levels Prenatal Yoga for Low Energy Days

This is a prenatal yoga class for days you have less energy. We incorporate a breathing exercise and some gentle movements coordinated with your breath to leave you feeling refreshed.

This class stays on or close to floor throughout and emphasizes hip openers and forward folds. As an "all levels" class, this practice is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
