4 Weeks Pregnant | Early Ultrasound and Ectopic Pregnancy Scare? I had my first ultrasound -- sharing both my 4 week 4 days ultrasound AND my 5 week ultrasound photos. I also share my early HCG levels and week 4 pregnancy symptoms (which means only 2 weeks after conception). I explain our ectopic pregnancy scare which was due to free fluid in abdomen on my 4 week ultrasound.
